Before, my camera had caught only a blur of Squirl. It moved so fast & was gone so quickly, one couldn't really call it a complete S-Q-U-I-R-R-E-L. Finally, managed this:

Back garden in winter, the afternoon sunlight catches a squirrel's fur, creating a halo of gentle,   lambency.

The cute creature kindly posed for a few moments before going about its nut-gathering again.

14 years later (2019), a descendent of the above squirrel, came to greet me on the decking. Cupboard love? I get away with paying it peanuts.
